- well that sums up the tridents coverage from perth at the 2009 world long distance champs. from perth tridents_tri signing out 2 weeks ago
- just spoke to dot and mick who said it was real tough but they were both happy with their performances in the hot windy conditions. 2 weeks ago
- jac is finished in about 5.48 dot also in about 5.55 all tridents now finished 2 weeks ago

- brendan just informed me that jac had two flats on the last lap of the bike and is not a happy camper. But she is on lap 3of4 2 weeks ago
