Training this week (week 3/summer phase 1) 

Mon: Bike TT 6.00 pm at Tulip Farm 

Tue: Swim 7.00 pm 

Wed: Ride + run 6.00 am from OPH

         Run 6.00 pm from behind OPH 

Thur: Swim 7.00 pm 

Fri: Recovery Day 

Sat: Ride 7.00 am from OPH (Black Mt – TT course – Majura) You need to ride further along the TT course than last week

       Open Water Swim/Transition Brush up 3.00 pm at Black Mt Peninsular (more details to come) — just one group 

Sun: Long Run 8.00 am from Stromlo 

Mon: Recovery week — Info night at the Runners Shop
